The Ichiban Engineering Billet 90mm Universal Throttle Body was developed for high-performance applications demanding exceptional airflow, smooth throttle control, and long-term reliability. From concept to final machining, every element was designed with efficiency, durability, and installation flexibility in mind — creating a true motorsport-grade component that sets a new standard in universal throttle systems.
 
CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum, the body delivers the perfect balance of strength, accuracy, and light weight. The large 90mm bore provides outstanding flow capacity for turbocharged, supercharged, and naturally aspirated engines, while the beaded hose connection ensures positive retention even under high boost conditions.
 
The throttle shaft is precision-machined from hardened steel and paired with a 2mm brass butterfly plate shaped with a 7° elliptical taper — ensuring perfect sealing, minimal turbulence, and zero binding. Dual sealed ball bearings locate the shaft for ultra-smooth operation and superior longevity compared to bush-based designs.
 
A unique indexable pulley system allows easy adjustment of throttle cable position to suit any installation, while M5 threaded ports provide convenient attachment points for extra return springs or linkages. The throttle body also includes a TPS adapter interface, allowing direct fitment of many factory throttle position sensors — no custom machining required.
