The Ichiban Engineering G16E-GTS Billet Intake Manifold Kit was developed to push the limits of the Toyota GR Yaris and GR Corolla platform while maintaining the precision, reliability, and fitment expected from a true motorsport-grade component.
 
This manifold has already proven itself at the highest level — tested on the current world record holding GR Yaris producing 769WHP.
 
Machined entirely from aerospace-grade AL6061-T6 billet aluminum, the manifold is manufactured using advanced 5-axis CNC machining to achieve exceptional accuracy, strength, and surface finish. The assembly consists of a fully billet runner section paired with a large-volume billet plenum, secured together using stainless steel hardware and a precision O-ring sealing system for leak-free operation under extreme boost pressure.
 
During development, extensive CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations were used to optimize internal airflow characteristics, runner transition geometry, and cylinder-to-cylinder distribution. The result is improved airflow balance, reduced turbulence, and increased efficiency across the entire RPM range.
 
Unlike cast manifolds, the billet construction allows tighter manufacturing tolerances and superior structural rigidity — critical for high-boost applications and aggressive motorsport use.
The manifold is designed to work with a Bosch 74mm electronic drive-by-wire throttle body, making it ideal for high-performance street cars, drag builds, and circuit applications.
 
For customers requiring additional fueling capacity, a matching billet fuel rail is available separately as an optional upgrade.
 
Due to the increased plenum size compared to the OEM manifold, a custom intercooler inlet pipe may be required depending on your setup.
