The Ichiban Engineering 4G63 Billet Valve Cover for EVO 1–3 and DSM 1G / 2G platforms is the ultimate evolution of the classic 4G63 design — rebuilt from the ground up for those who demand flawless engineering, perfect fitment, and uncompromising performance.
Starting with an OEM valve cover, our team performed a complete 3D laser scan of the original EVO/DSM casting to capture every contour and mounting surface with micron-level accuracy. We then reimagined the design in billet form — eliminating the weaknesses of the old cast covers while retaining the unmistakable OEM aesthetic.
Machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum, this cover delivers exceptional rigidity, heat resistance, and durability. Underneath, our CFD-developed dual-stage tunnel baffle system dramatically reduces oil carryover by forcing crankcase vapors through an extended labyrinth path. The result: cleaner crankcase pressure control, reduced blow-by, and stable oil management at high RPM and boost.
This EVO / DSM version includes dual -10AN breather ports that are strategically positioned for maximum clearance — including perfect fitment around the rear-mounted cam angle sensor (CAS / cam trigger) found on early-model 4G63 engines. No interference, no modifications, no compromises.
