Cast Stainless Steel V-Band 6-1 Merge Collector
 
Engineered for strength, flow, and reliability, our Cast Stainless Steel 6-1 Merge Collector is the foundation of many of our high-performance 6-cylinder exhaust manifolds.
 
Designed in CAD with optimized flow characteristics, the collector was first validated through 3D printing and real-world testing before moving to production.

Each piece is manufactured using precision investment casting in SS304 stainless steel, with ceramic shell molds ensuring exact geometry and a flawless finish.
 
Unlike traditional welded collectors, this one-piece cast design eliminates weak points at the weld seams, delivering superior durability under extreme heat and boost pressure. The smooth internal transitions also promote better exhaust gas flow, improving response and overall performance.

Single 60mm wastegate port, compatible with Tial or Turbosmart 60mm wastegates (smaller gates may be adapted via proper welding or reducers)
