Cast Stainless Steel V-Band 6-1 Merge Collector - Small Frame
 

Precision-engineered for strength, smooth flow, and long-term reliability, our Cast Stainless Steel 6-1 Merge Collector is designed specifically for high-performance 6-cylinder turbo manifolds.
 

Developed in CAD with advanced flow simulations, the design was validated through 3D printing and testing before entering production. Each collector is investment cast from premium SS304 stainless steel, using ceramic shell molds to achieve perfect geometry and a smooth internal finish.
 

Unlike traditional welded collectors, this one-piece cast design eliminates welds that can crack under heat and stress. The seamless internal transitions significantly improve exhaust flow, boosting turbo response and efficiency.
 

Key features include:
 

  • One-piece SS304 investment cast construction for superior durability

  • Optimized flow geometry for smoother gas transition and reduced turbulence

  • Single 60mm wastegate port, compatible with Tial or Turbosmart 60mm gates (smaller sizes can be adapted with reducers or welding)

  • V-Band 6-1 configuration for compact and secure installation
     

This collector is ideally suited for mid-frame turbochargers such as Garrett GTX and Garrett G-Series G25, G30, G35 as well as similar turbo models. Please refer to the attached technical drawing for exact fitment details.
