Following the release of our 2JZ platform manifold, the Ichiban Engineering 1JZ GTE billet intake manifold brings the same full-billet approach to a platform that's been stuck choosing between tired cast options and fabricated manifolds held together by welds.
 
This manifold is made from two main components - billet runners and a billet plenum - both machined entirely from a bare block of AL6061-T651 on a 5-axis CNC machine. No welds, no seams, nothing to fail at the worst possible moment.
 
Rated to handle over 60psi / 4 bar of boost, this billet intake manifold for 1JZ isn't chasing a spec sheet number - it's built for the street-driven builds and full competition setups that actually push the platform this hard.
 
Cast and semi-fabricated manifolds look fine until the boost climbs. Full-billet construction doesn't have that ceiling.
 
Configurable to your fueling needs - available with a single fuel rail (6 injectors) or a dual fuel rail setup (12 injectors) for higher-flow builds.
 
Each unit is custom-built to your exact specification, so production time will vary depending on chosen options.
