This 1JZ 2JZ oil pick up tube is an upgraded rear sump design built to solve the weak points of the factory unit while improving serviceability and reliability.
 
The tube and flange are 3D printed using aerospace technology from a special aluminum alloy, while the strainer is machined from billet 6061-T651. The oil filter mesh is stainless steel for long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
 
One of the most important upgrades on this JZ oil pickup strainer is the special crown design on the bottom of the pickup. In the event of an accident or a bump that dents the oil pan, a flat OEM-style pickup can get blocked against the deformed pan and cause oil starvation. Our crown design includes side passageways that keep oil flowing to the pickup even if the pan is dented, protecting your engine when it matters most.
 
The mesh is also fully replaceable and cleanable - it can be unbolted and serviced without removing the pickup tube itself from the engine, so you can pull it, clean it, and reinstall it in minutes.

The flange also features an O-ring seal where it connects to the engine, eliminating the need for silicone or messy RTV that the OEM design relies on.
 
Because it's 3D printed aluminum instead of stamped sheet steel like the factory part, this oil pick up tube is lighter than OEM and won't rust or corrode over time like the original unit does.
