1JZ / 2JZ – Billet Water Inlet Alternator Bracket
 
Most 2JZ water pump delete brackets are never flow tested. This one was tested until it stopped being the problem.
 
Your electric pump makes a fixed amount of head, and every part in the loop spends it. A delete bracket is a duct, and an unmeasured duct can quietly eat half your budget before the block, heads and radiator see a drop. Nobody publishes that number, because measuring it means admitting it exists.
 
V2 is flow tested, not guessed. This 2JZ Alternator Bracket is validated to flow 130 L/min, with 47% less restriction than V1 - the internal flow path developed in CFD in Ansys Discovery and re-tested across three revisions before the first one was ever machined. That is what a 2JZ water pump delete bracket is supposed to do.

Machined from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum for strength, rigidity and corrosion resistance the OEM cast assembly never had. Alternator mounting retained and properly aligned. A -16 ORB outlet that takes AN16 or AN20 fittings, so your cooling system routing isn’t dictated by the bracket.
 
An optional -6AN coolant port on the back handles turbocharger water feed, which cleans up plumbing on single turbo and custom setups. Optional ORB to AN adapter fittings are available separately.
