Slim Rotatable Oil Cooler Sandwich Plate
Every other sandwich plate on the market decides where your hoses go. This one doesn't.
Fixed ports are the problem nobody talks about. You buy a sandwich plate, bolt it on, and then spend an afternoon fighting an oil line into a port pointing exactly where your bay has no room. Some brands offer a 90-degree version. A few let you flip the cover 180 degrees. None of it helps when your cooler sits somewhere the designer didn't plan for.
This slim oil cooler sandwich plate rotates through a full 270 degrees, with angled fittings. Route the lines the way your build actually needs - then tighten it down.
This design sat on the shelf for years. The original version was billet, and billet fought us the whole way: -12 ORB ports made it bulky, dropping to -10 ORB slimmed it down but still landed nowhere near what we wanted. We weren't shipping a compromise, so we waited until the manufacturing caught up.
It did. This plate is 3D printed in AlSi10Mg and finish-machined on our 5-axis CNC - a process that produces internal geometry billet machining simply can't, at a price that doesn't punish the end user for it.
The result is 44mm (1.7") thick for both halves combined. Top plate, bottom plate, complete assembly. That's the entire stack height you're adding.
Internal flow geometry was CFD tested before production, so the slim profile doesn't choke oil flow through the adapter - the compromise most low-profile plates quietly make.
Available with -10 or -12 ORB fittings, with or without sensor ports.
