The Ichiban Engineering 7M-GTE CNC Billet Valve Covers were developed to eliminate the weaknesses of the factory cast covers while delivering the strength, functionality, and precision expected from a true motorsport-grade component.
Using advanced 3D scanning technology, we digitally captured the OEM 7M-GTE valve covers and re-engineered them from the ground up to ensure perfect fitment while dramatically increasing structural rigidity and durability. Unlike the brittle factory cast covers that are prone to cracking and breaking over time, our billet design is built to withstand the demands of high-horsepower street cars, drift builds, and race applications.
Each cover is CNC-machined from a solid block of 6061-T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum, delivering exceptional strength, heat resistance, and machining precision. Internally, the covers feature a fully integrated SS304 stainless steel baffle system utilizing a tunnel-style oil separation design to improve crankcase ventilation while minimizing oil carryover under high RPM and boost conditions.
The covers are available with either AN10 (-10AN) or AN12 (-12AN) breather fittings for external catch can systems, allowing flexibility for both street and competition setups. We also retained the OEM side oil drain configuration while integrating an additional AN12 drain fitting on the intake side for improved crankcase drainage and functionality.
To complete the package, every set includes a matching billet oil filler cap along with the selected breather fittings and drain hardware.
Available in multiple anodized finishes, these valve covers can be customized to match virtually any engine bay aesthetic. Custom anodized colors are also available upon request.
