The Ichiban Engineering 7M-GTE Billet Thermostat Housing / Water Neck is designed to replace the aging OEM cast housing with a stronger, more functional, and motorsport-ready solution for the legendary Toyota 7M-GTE engine platform.
Developed entirely in CAD and precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade billet aluminum, this housing delivers exceptional durability, precise fitment, and improved functionality for both street and high-horsepower applications. Unlike the factory cast component, the billet construction provides superior structural rigidity and corrosion resistance while offering a clean, modern engine bay appearance.
The housing is available in multiple configurations to suit different cooling setups. Customers can choose between compatibility with the OEM upper water outlet neck or an upgraded AN20 outlet configuration for custom high-flow cooling systems.
To maximize versatility, the design also integrates four auxiliary coolant ports directly into the housing. Two 1/8” NPT ports allow easy installation of coolant temperature or pressure sensors, while two additional AN6 ports provide convenient connections for turbocharger coolant feed and OEM return line routing.
Every detail was designed with performance, reliability, and serviceability in mind — making this the ideal cooling upgrade for serious 7M-GTE engine builds.
