Introducing the Ichiban Engineering IE650R Turbocharger — a direct bolt-on upgrade for the Mitsubishi Evo 4G63 platform, designed to deliver OEM-like drivability with race-level power potential.
 
After months of R&D, dyno validation, and real-world testing, the IE650R stands as the ultimate balance between response, reliability, and raw performance. Capable of supporting up to 650 horsepower, this turbo transforms the Evo’s powerband while retaining stock fitment and daily drivability.
 
At the heart of the IE650R is a 61mm billet compressor wheel, engineered for maximum efficiency and faster spool times. The dual ball bearing CHRA, balanced by Turbo Technics, ensures lightning-quick response and rock-solid reliability even under high boost.
 
During testing, our in-house Evo 7 produced 512whp @ 22psi, maintaining smooth, predictable power delivery and street-friendly behavior.

A customer Evo 6 equipped with the same turbo recorded 622whp @ 33psi, proving the IE650R’s capability to deliver big power without compromise.
