4G63 EVO 9 - Intake Cam Sensor Relocation Kit - CAS Relocation
 
Fixed the exhaust side. Then the intake side became the problem.
 
After the success of our exhaust cam sensor relocation kit, EVO 9 owners running both sensors ran into a new issue - wire entanglement between the two. So we built the intake cam sensor relocation kit to solve it, rotating the intake sensor 90° for a cleaner install that doesn't fight itself.
 
The housing was CAD designed on a 3D-scanned Evo 4G63 head and fits perfectly - no filing, no forcing, no workaround.
 
Machined from 6061 aluminum with T6 heat treatment, this isn't a cast piece that flexes under vibration. It's built to hold its position and outlast the OEM housing it replaces.
 
OEM seals this with a gasket and RTV that dries out, cracks, and leaks eventually. This one uses two O-rings on the front and back - properly matched, properly sealing, and not something you'll be replacing again in two years.
 
Comes with a full installation manual, since you'll need to rotate the trigger plate bolted to the cam to match.
