The Ichiban Engineering -16 ORB to -16 ORB Extension Fitting with Barb is a versatile plumbing solution designed for high-flow cooling systems where added clearance, spacing, or hose flexibility is required.

This fitting features a male -16 ORB thread on one end, and a dual-function outlet on the other end, combining a -16 ORB female thread with an integrated hose barb. The barb is sized to accept 38mm or 40mm silicone or rubber hoses, making it ideal for demanding coolant applications.

To suit different packaging and routing needs, this fitting is offered in two extension lengths:

Short Version: 38mm extension length
Long Version: 80mm extension length

Both versions allow you to extend a coolant outlet while retaining the option to run either a traditional hose connection or continue with full -16 ORB plumbing. This makes the fitting especially useful for water necks, radiator outlets, custom cooling layouts, and tight engine bay configurations.
